Hello every one!
I'm trying to get the account data for a specific account.
The request is something like: http://127.0.0.1:7890/account/get?address=TALICELCD3XPH4FFI5STGGNSNSWPOTG5E4DS2TOS
Above is the request url that is taken from the NEM API documentation.
The actual response for my request includes this peace of information:

"status": "LOCKED",
"remoteStatus": "INACTIVE"
},
It seems like the account has been locked and it can't do anything for example to perform a transaction.
Any one could help me to clarify this. I'm thinking of requesting the Mijin Support Team to help with unlocking the account.

I think "status LOCKED" means "The account is not harvesting" (look 9.4 AccountMetaData)
You can perform a transaction if the status is LOCKED , and we already did it.
But you have to transfer xem to the account which you want test.
Do you have xem ? if you don't have it, you have to get it from the following.

I'm graceful. Here is the very beginning of my journey to NEM.
What I'm really concerned now is the "remoteStatus": "INACTIVE" part of the response.
Anyway as you've suggested I will try to get some XEM in case I haven't it and then try to make a transaction.

harvest の直訳は収納なので「アカウント作っても収納先がないよ！」でしょうかね？ で、収納先= wallet になるのかな？
それとも「腹減った。xem よこせ」な方言なのかもしれません（にっこり）

Harvestは、ノードのアカウントにおける手数料獲得です。ビットコインでいうマイニングですね。

という認識でよいでしょうか？
最初に与えていただいた４つのノード(IPアドレス)には、すでに他のトークンアドレスがひもづけられてお り、
手数料などはそのアドレス（さくらインターネットさん管理？）へ渡っているような気がします。
ちなみに mijin では、プライベートブロックチェーンなのでハーベスト（マイニング）についてのサービスは提供されない、
という認識でよいでしょうか？

mijin はマイニングしなくていいよで「おおっ！」と飛びついたのが LHJさんです（お金を拾うAAなイメージ）
mijin 正式リリース以降、Serverは自分達が管理できる閉域環境（e.g.プライベートクラウド）にローンチできるはずです。
今、手数料を発生させているのはスパム対策の一貫と思われます。グローバルIPを使っているので攻撃しようと思えｂ（略）
